Rates and Insurance

 

Insurance 
Currently I am not accepting payment from third party insurance payers, but will provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Check with your insurance carrier to determine rates of reimbursement.

 

Payment 
Cash, check, along with Visa/MasterCard are accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
